Miguel Angel M. serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for LATAM at Pinterest since June 2022, leading significant growth in the Engineering hub in Mexico. Previously, Miguel held the position of Talent Acquisition Head at Yalo, where responsibilities included designing and scaling the Talent Acquisition function for rapid hiring across multiple regions, leading a team of specialized recruiters, and implementing effective hiring strategies. Miguel's experience also encompasses roles at DiDi, WeWork, Honeywell, Wipro, Randstad México, Ericsson, and Praxis, where expertise in talent acquisition, team leadership, and strategic recruitment was further developed. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology from UNAM and completion of leadership courses from Harvard Business School Online.
