Armando Parhusip

Armando Parhusip started their career in 2010 as a Satellite Researcher at Telekomunikasi Indonesia. In 2011, they worked as a Consultant at PT Multipolar Technology Tbk until 2013 when they joined Fujitsu Indonesia as a Consultant. From 2014 to 2019, Armando served as the Head of IT at Traveloka Group, overseeing IT Network & Infrastructure, IT Operations, and IT Procurement. Armando then joined Traveloka as the IT Strategy & Portfolio Manager and later as the Technology Strategy Manager in the CTO Office. In 2017, Armando became a Lecturer at Universitas Esa Unggul, teaching various IT courses. Armando then worked as the Corporate IT Manager at Shopee, part of the Sea Group Indonesia, from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Armando is the Head of IT at Pintu, responsible for managing all IT Enterprise pillars.

Armando Parhusip holds a Master of Information Technology degree in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia. Armando also graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including ITIL® 4 Strategist Direct, Plan and Improve from PeopleCert, Machine Learning for Business Professionals from Coursera, IT Service Desk: Customer Service Fundamentals from LinkedIn, and ITIL 4 Foundation from PeopleCert. Armando has also pursued certifications in CCIE Routing & Switching - Written, CCNP, CCNP - Voice, and ITIL 2011 Foundation, although the specific completion dates are not available.
