Sandy Gould

Sandy Gould has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Starting in 1997, they worked at Real Networks as the VP of Executive Recruiting and Organizational Development, where they were responsible for hiring and onboarding executive and leadership positions. They also implemented a leadership development program and evaluated potential acquisitions. From 2002 to 2003, Sandy worked at Washington Mutual as the AVP of Executive Recruiting. They then joined Linden Lab/Second Life in 2007 as the VP of HR, leading global HR functions and driving company growth. In 2010, they moved to Disney/ABC as the VP of Recruiting, where they led recruitment efforts and implemented strategies for diverse hiring. In 2013, Sandy became the VP of Talent Inclusion at Yahoo, leading the company's diversity efforts until 2021. They then joined Callisto Media as the Chief People Officer and are currently in the same role at Pinwheel.

Sandy Gould holds a 2nd Level Rabbinical Degree from Yeshiva B'Nei Torah.
