Tess Bloch

Tess Bloch is the current Chief of Staff at Pinwheel. Prior to that, they were the Head of Operations at Pinwheel from October 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they were a Field Organizer at Warren for President from September 2019 to February 2020. Tess started their career as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from October 2017 to September 2019, where they worked on projects focused primarily in the Public & Social Sector, Private Equity, and Payments. Tess then moved to Venmo in July 2015 as Strategy & Marketing, where they were responsible for marketing and operations for the beta launch of B2C product ‘Pay with Venmo’. Tess began their career at Venmo as a Growth/Marketing Intern in June 2014.

They are on a team with Lauren Crossett - Head of Commercial, Phil Jen - Director, Product, and Peter Oh - Head of Talent. Tess Bloch reports to Kurtis Lin, Co-founder & CEO. A direct report to Tess Bloch is and Christina Wang - Executive Assistant and Office Manager.
