Kathryn L.

Kathryn L. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Kathryn is currently the Operations Director at Pioneer Academics, a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to this, Kathryn served as the Director of Store Operations at Avenue Stores, LLC from October 2008 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing operations across 430 retail stores, overseeing strategic planning, communication, and administration for corporate associates and indirect reports.

Before their time at Avenue Stores, Kathryn held various positions at Linens N Things, starting from October 1997 until October 2008. Kathryn started as a Store Merchandise Manager and quickly moved up the ranks to become the Director of Guest Services. In this role, they oversaw the guest relations and customer service department, managing a team of associates and reporting to the President/CEO.

Kathryn's earlier experiences include working as a Team Leader at Mervyns from March 1993 to October 1997 and as the Manager-Diamond Park Fine Jewelry Division at Zale Jewelers from April 1989 to March 1993.
