Jeffery Boggs

Jeffery Boggs has a strong background in the oil and gas industry, with experience in drilling optimization, rig management, and drilling operations. Jeffery served as a Drilling Optimization Team Lead at Pioneer Natural Resources Company from December 2022 to present. Prior to that, they worked as a Drilling Optimization Team Member at the same company from September 2017 to December 2022. Before joining Pioneer Natural Resources Company, they worked at Helmerich & Payne as a Rig Manager/Driller from January 2011 to August 2017. Jeffery's earlier experience includes roles at Cactus Drilling Co where they gained experience in various drilling operations such as floors, motors, derricks, and drilling.

Jeffrey Boggs completed their high school education at Converse High School from 1990 to 2003, obtaining a High School Diploma. In 2022 to 2023, they attended Villanova University to pursue Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. In addition to their formal education, Jeffrey has obtained various certifications, including How to Learn Faster, Microsoft Teams Quick Tips, Train Your Brain's Awareness-Focus Loop, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
