Ron Schindler

Ron Schindler has a strong background in legal and compliance roles in the energy industry. Ron served as the Vice President-Legal and Chief Compliance Officer at Pioneer Natural Resources, where they provided guidance to the Board of Directors on avoiding civil liabilities and misconduct. Ron also served as the General Counsel to the Premier Silica Subsidiary. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Attorney at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Additionally, Ron worked as an Adjunct Professor at the Colorado School of Mines, teaching graduate and PhD level legal courses on energy and mineral exploration. Ron was highly rated by students as an effective professor.

Ron Schindler's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from Idaho State University, which they received from 1982 to 1988. Ron then pursued a Doctor of Law degree at the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law from 1990 to 1993. Later, they completed a Master of Laws degree in Natural Resources and International Environmental Law at the same institution from 1998 to 1999.
