Ron Schindler has a strong background in legal and compliance roles in the energy industry. Ron served as the Vice President-Legal and Chief Compliance Officer at Pioneer Natural Resources, where they provided guidance to the Board of Directors on avoiding civil liabilities and misconduct. Ron also served as the General Counsel to the Premier Silica Subsidiary. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Attorney at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.
