Melissa Gaines is an accomplished photographer with extensive experience in content creation and management, currently serving as a Photographer at Pioneer Utility Resources since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles at WordSouth — A Content Marketing Company as a Photographer/Writer and Content Manager, and as Chief Photographer/Website Administrator at Fort Payne Times-Journal, where notable achievements include multiple first-place awards in the APME Better Newspapers Contest. Melissa began their career as an Intern at Island Def Jam Music Group, contributing to content development and artist research. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Mass Communications with a focus on Journalism from The University of Montevallo.
