Carrie Abbott Pedri

Carrie Abbott Pedri, Ph.D., serves as the Deputy Director of Personnel and Senior Training and Logistics Analyst at Pioneering Evolution, LLC since 2013, where responsibilities include training program evaluation for the LCS MCM Mission Package, curriculum development, and instructional design analysis. Previously, Carrie held positions as a Branch Manager and Senior Instructional Designer at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, focusing on the development of training courses for government clients in areas such as leadership and communication. Additional roles include Human Performance Engineer at Lockheed Martin and Instructional Faculty in Volusia County Schools. Carrie holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, a Master’s in Instructional Systems, a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design for Simulations, and a Bachelor's in Education from the University of Central Florida.
