Niclas Ernst is the current Head of Design at Pipe. Prior to this, they were with ERNST Capital GmbH, ERNST Holding GmbH, Fellow, and POLYGON. Niclas has also been a freelance product designer with KIAI GmbH & Co. KG and Change Digital. Niclas has over 6 years of experience in the design industry and has worked with clients from all over the world.

Their manager is Harry Hurst, Co-CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Lukas Wagner - VP, Finance, Zain Allarakhia - CTO & co-Founder, and Huston Collins - Chief of Staff, Head of Business Strategy & Operations.
