Engineer III at Pipedream Labs

Austin Paynter has held various engineering and management roles since 2013. Starting with a Design Engineer role at Cameron in 2013, they then moved to a Manufacturing Engineer/Project Manager role at TCR, Inc. in 2014. That same year they also held a Design Manager role at Flexible Lifeline Systems, Inc. In 2015, they held a Contractor- Mechanical Engineering/IT role at Trillium US Inc. and was the Founder and CEO of White Orca Tactical LLC. In 2016, they were a Mechanical Engineer at National Energetics, and in 2017 they were a Manufacturing Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Dynamic Manufacturing Solutions, LLC. In 2018, they were an Engineer III at Energetic Materials and Products Inc - EMPI and a Manufacturing Engineer at Firefly Aerospace. Currently, they are an Engineer III at Pipedream Labs.

Austin Paynter began their education in 2002 when they attended III Carthage Senior High School until 2005. Austin then attended Missouri Southern State University from 2005 to 2006. After that, they attended Houston Community College from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. Austin then attended the University of Texas at Tyler from 2014 to 2016, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.M.E.). In 2015, they also attended Austin Community College and received a Small Business Management Certificate in Small Business Administration/Management. In December 2022, they obtained an Onshape Introduction to Parametric Feature-Based CAD Course Completion from Onshape, a PTC Technology.
