We believe it takes great people to create a great product. That’s why our team lives our company values, and we hire based on them, too. Since 2010, Pipedrive has been on a mission to support sales and marketing teams with easy-to-use, powerful tools that make everyday work faster and easier. Today, our cloud-based software is trusted by over 100,000 companies and used in 179 countries. We have grown from a five-person team to a truly international company of over 850+ people, representing more than 50 nationalities, with ten offices distributed across Europe and the US. In 2020, Pipedrive received a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners, a global investment firm that invests exclusively in enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, making Pipedrive the fifth unicorn from Estonia.
As a core member of our awesome Communications & Events team, you will take responsibility for the collaborative development and execution of a global events strategy, encompassing both internal and external activations which drive engagement and awareness. You will leverage our internal communication channels to promote activities and initiatives which create a sense of belonging and community, ensuring our Employer Brand shines through. You will also help to create a vibrant hybrid environment in each of our sites, ensuring our offices remain welcoming, world-class and well-stocked. If this sounds like it could be you, we’d love to hear from you!
Your new adventure:
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement event and communication strategies to improve employee engagement across multiple sites, platforms and channels with minimal guidance.
- Global Events Strategy: Partner and collaborate with Director Internal Comms, PR & Social, Employer Branding, DEBI and other key stakeholders on the development and execution of a comprehensive global events strategy.
- Site-specific Communication: You will be the ‘voice’ of your site(s), leveraging our core comms channels to engage employees. This will include managing local digital signage, becoming a trained content creator for our intranet, and sitting on your local Site Leadership Team.
- Community Building: Create and maintain community management strategies to foster connections among employees, both locally and globally.
- Customer Obsession: Develop programs that connect employees with customers and their stories to encourage a customer-first mindset and, where relevant, create experiences for our customers which strengthen our relationship with them.
- Guidelines and Playbooks: Create comprehensive playbooks and guidelines for team-building events and activations, ensuring a consistent and global approach.
- Employer Brand Guardian: Partnering with our Employer Brand Team and Ambassadors, ensure that our unique Pipedrive brand and values shine through in all internal and external events and communications.
- Location Champion: As an onsite role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our offices remain welcoming, world-class and well-stocked.
