Dave Carls has an extensive background in tax management, with experience in global tax structuring, transfer pricing, M&A, and strategic planning. Dave has held various leadership positions in tax departments at companies such as Pipedrive, KnowBe4, Fluke Corporation, TeleTech, CNL Lifestyle Company, MIVA, and FPL. Dave holds a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a BA in History from the University of Central Florida.
