Anne Winter

Anne Winter has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anne started their career as an Estagiária at UTFPR in May 2013, where they gained experience in scientific research and interned until August 2014. Anne then joined Votorantim Cimentos North America as an Estagiário for a brief period from May 2016 to August 2016.

In 2017, Anne started working at Mondelēz International as a Process Specialist Jr, where they played a key role in the planning and implementation of the digitization project in the Curitiba plant. Anne was responsible for tasks such as project scheduling, purchase order control, and equipment installations. Anne also provided training on IDF usage to the plant's main team. Afterward, they transitioned to the role of Estagiario, where they continued to contribute to various activities until August 2019.

Currently, Anne is employed at Pipefy as a Solutions Designer, a position they have held since September 2019. Recently, they were promoted to the role of Customer Success Manager in May 2021, where they are responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of Pipefy's clients.

Anne Winter pursued their education at the Federal University of Technology - Parana from 2012 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition, they attended Wayne State University from 2015 to 2016 as an Electrical Engineering student. Anne also holds several certifications, including a Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design (obtained in July 2021), an Enterprise Automation I Certification from Workato (obtained in July 2020), a Green Belt certification from Wayne State University (obtained in March 2016), and a Personal Finance certification from Escola Conquer (obtained in September 2022).
