Bruna Griebeler

Bruna Griebeler has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Bruna started their career in 2002 as a Webmaster and IT Advisor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Bruna later worked as a Technical Instructor at IBM/MEC/4linux - CDTC Project before transitioning into Technical Support and later becoming a Network Manager at the same university.

In 2007, Bruna joined 4linux as an IT Consultant and System Analyst. During their time there, they also served as an E-learning teacher for Open Source Technologies. Bruna left 4linux in 2012 and moved on to Atlassian, where they worked as a Support Engineer specializing in Jira, Confluence, and Crowd. Bruna stayed with Atlassian until 2014.

After their stint at Atlassian, Bruna joined Dell as an Application Management Senior Analyst, providing L2 support for Dell employees. Bruna worked extensively with Microsoft and Oracle technologies and managed high and critical incidents. In 2015, they joined Movile as an IT Support Coordinator, and later became a Senior Support Analyst, working on Reliability Team projects and providing support to major companies like Google and Brazilian banks and phone carriers.

In 2019, Bruna joined Pipefy as an IT Support Manager, responsible for managing IT support services. Bruna then progressed to the role of IT Support Senior Manager in 2020. In 2021, they were promoted to Head of Engineering - Customer Support, Application Support, Developer Relations, and Tech Community. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering, where they oversee customer support, application development, enterprise solutions, developer relations, and provides technical advisement.

Bruna Griebeler has a diverse education history. From 2002 to 2004, they attended the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where they obtained a technical degree in IT and Information Systems. Following this, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued a technical degree in IT and Computer Network from the same university.

Continuing their education, Bruna Griebeler attended the Universidade Estadual do Tocantins from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Technologist degree in Analysis and Development of Systems. During the same period, they also studied at the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina and acquired a Technologist degree in Management of Information Technology.

In terms of certifications, Bruna Griebeler has achieved several qualifications. In 2013, they obtained the SUSE 11 Tech Spec certification from Novell, along with the Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 (70-480) certification from Microsoft. Bruna also holds the DEVOPS ESSENTIALS PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (DEPC) from CertiProf®, which they obtained in 2019. Additionally, they have obtained the PMI Citizen Developer Practitioner certification from the Project Management Institute in 2022.

Currently, Bruna Griebeler is pursuing further education. From 2021 to 2023, they are attending the MBA USP/Esalq program, focusing on Data Science and Analytics. Simultaneously, they are studying Computer Science at the University of the People, where they are expected to complete their Bachelor of Science degree in 2026.
