Juliana Spinardi

Juliana Spinardi has a diverse work experience in marketing, community management, journalism, and radio production. Juliana is currently working at Pipefy as a Customer Marketing Manager, and previously worked as a Marketing Consultant and Community Specialist. In these roles, they were responsible for building and growing the Pipefy Community, tracking and improving traffic and engagement metrics, and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders. Prior to Pipefy, Juliana worked at Beliive as a Community Manager, where they managed communities within the platform and took care of user and customer experiences. Juliana also worked at Unimed Ponta Grossa as a Marketing Analyst, conducting research, content production, and implementing digital marketing strategies. Juliana has a background in journalism, having worked at Jornal Diário dos Campos as a Journalist, producing content for online platforms and magazines. Juliana also served as a Press Officer at Câmara Municipal de Ponta Grossa, where they were responsible for press releases, social media management, and video production. Additionally, Juliana gained experience in radio production at Rádio Difusora and TV production as a Producer and Host at TVM Ponta Grossa.

Juliana Spinardi began their education journey in 2009 when they enrolled at the Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa. Juliana pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism, completing their studies in 2012.

In 2018, Juliana furthered their education by attending the Universidade Positivo. There, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing Management, which they completed in 2019.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge and professional growth, Juliana attended UniCesumar in 2020 and 2021. During this time, they completed a postgraduate program focused on Design Thinking and Creativity in Organizations.

In addition to their formal education, Juliana also obtained certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2017, they completed a course on Storytelling at Aldeia Coworking. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Process Management from Pipefy, although the specific timing of this certification is not provided.
