Carol Samuels

Carol Samuels is a seasoned professional in public finance with extensive experience spanning multiple decades. Currently serving as Managing Director at Piper Sandler since July 2013, Samuels also holds the position of Senior Vice President at Seattle-Northwest Securities Corporation since 1989. Past roles include Senior Legislative Liaison for the League Of Oregon Cities, Assistant Vice President at U.S. Bank, Associate at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Public Finance Analyst for the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and Lobbyist for the Washington DC Office of the Governor of New Jersey. Samuels holds an MBA in Finance from the Yale School of Management and a BA in International Relations, magna cum laude, from Tufts University. Early education was completed at the Bronx High School of Science.
