Martha Heltsley graduated Magna cum laud from Western Kentucky University and received her Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She taught courses in sociology, psychology, business, and social work for over 15 years before coming to Pipkins as HR Director. Martha has also published a number of scholarly articles and book chapters. She is a member of SHRM and attends their conference annually.
