Raira Freitas S. Curimbaba

Raira Freitas S. Curimbaba has held various roles in the business industry since 2013. Raira began their career as a Human Resources Internship at Dabi Atlante in 2013, where they were responsible for the recruitment and development of the trainee program. Raira then moved on to Grupo São Francisco in 2014, where they worked as a Business Analyst Internship, supporting the intern areas to solve operational problems. In 2016, Raira took on the role of Risk Manager Coordinator, responsible for relationship with other health insurance companies. This included new business, up sell and cross sell, managing customer claim's accounts, structuring with internal areas customized solutions for customers, and developing projects to customer churn. In 2019, Raira joined Pipo Saúde as a Business Development Manager and Operations Coordinator. In this role, they helped build the quotation processes, implement new customers, and manage the movement of employees. It was a challenging year, as the processes had to be built and executed simultaneously due to the company's growth.

Raira Freitas S. Curimbaba has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) from the USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which was obtained between 2011 and 2017. In 2015, they began studying Spanish Language and Literature at the Universidad de Málaga, which they are still pursuing. In 2020, they started a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Master Business Innovation at MBI UFSCar, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, in 2019 they obtained a certification in Neurociência Aplicada: Desvendando os Mistérios do Cérebro do Consumidor from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
