Aditya Adyar

Aditya Adyar has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various industries. Aditya is currently the Head of Human Resources at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited, where they oversee the HR function for Piramal Wholesale finance. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of HR at Piramal Realty, the real estate division of Piramal Group. During their time at Piramal Realty, Aditya was responsible for the HR function, part of the executive committee, and the HR leadership team at Piramal Group. Aditya played a crucial role in the company's growth, with a significant increase in sales and productivity, and was recognized as one of the best employers in India. Before joining Piramal Realty, Aditya worked as the Chief People Officer at Faasos, a tech startup, where they built the HR systems from scratch and led a team of 14 employees. Aditya also implemented the OKR model for performance management and achieved notable recognition for Faasos during their tenure. Aditya began their career at ICICI Bank, where they worked as a Senior HR Manager, gaining extensive experience in recruitment, performance management, talent management, and HR strategy.

Aditya Adyar pursued a full-time MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Vasavi College of Engg between 2005 and 2009.
