Keyur Shah

Keyur Shah has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Keyur is currently working as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Campus Relations at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance, where they are involved in setting up the sales organization and implementing digital HR initiatives. Prior to this, Keyur worked at Axis Bank as the Deputy Vice President, leading the Talent Acquisition function for the Retail Lending business and managing a large employee base across India. Keyur also held roles as an Assistant to the Vice President and a Senior Manager, where they played a key role in building and operating new business initiatives. Before joining Axis Bank, Keyur worked as a Consultant in Financial Services at Futurestep, Korn/Ferry International, and as an Executive Search professional at OmegaPoint Consulting Pvt Limited. Keyur also has experience as a Sr. Manager - Key Accounts Manager at Value Consulting and as a Project Leader in Human Resources at Goldshield Group PLC.

Keyur Shah completed their PGCBM in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2006 to 2008. Keyur also earned a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Electronics & Telecomm. from South Gujarat University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended C C Shah Sarvajanik High School, although specific dates and degrees are not provided.
