Raj Nair has a diverse work experience spanning over 23 years. Their most recent role was as the Head of Customer Experience at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited starting from 2023. Prior to that, they worked at IDFC FIRST Bank from 2019 to 2023, where they held multiple roles including Head Enterprise Conversational AI and Head of Customer Experience. Before that, they worked at Kotak Mahindra Bank from 2008 to 2019, where they held various positions such as Executive Vice President & Head -Customer Experience Center and Senior Vice President & Head Of Customer Experience Center. Raj also worked at DBS Cholamandalam Securities Ltd. in 2008 as the Head of Retail Branch Distribution. Their early work experience includes working at HDFC Bank from 2000 to 2007 in different roles such as Product Manager- Credit Cards and National Sales Manager. Overall, Raj Nair has extensive experience in customer experience management, digital adoption, and driving overall customer satisfaction.
Raj Nair completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Mumbai between 1996 and 1998. Raj then pursued further education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management. In addition, they attained a certification in the Contemporary Leadership Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 2012.
