Harshal Vaity

Harshal Vaity is currently the Chief Manager - Human Resources at Piramal Pharma Limited since January 2023. Previously, Harshal worked as Assistant VP - HRBP & Central Operations at India Infoline Ltd from August 2009 to January 2023. With experience in HR, Recruitment, Performance Appraisals, MIS, Attendance, Employee Grievances, HR Policy, and more, Harshal has a strong background in human resources management. Prior to these roles, Harshal also held positions at IRIS Consultancy Services Inc. and L&T Infotech. Harshal completed their education at the University of Mumbai from 1993 to 1998.
