Roberto Garrone has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Roberto is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Pirata Group since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Hotel Manager at Raffles Hotels & Resorts from March 2021 to June 2023. Roberto also worked as a Resort Manager at One&Only Cape Town from November 2018 to July 2020.

Roberto also served as a Restaurant Manager and Sommelier at Park Hyatt Beijing from March 2004 to August 2007.
From 1994 to 1997, Roberto Garrone attended Centro di Formazione professionale Alberghiera di Barolo. Roberto obtained a degree from this institution, although the specific field of study remains unknown.
