Alberto Bastanzio

Alberto Bastanzio has a diverse work experience. Alberto started their career at STUDIO LEGALE “LCS” (Law Firm) in 1998 as an Associate in the Corporate Law department. In 2001, they joined Wind as the Corporate Legal Manager and worked there until 2006. In 2007, Alberto joined Pirelli as the Head of Corporate Governance and Group Compliance, where they supported the preparation of corporate meetings and was responsible for the corporate governance of the group. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Corporate Vice President Corporate Affairs, Compliance, and Company Secretary at Pirelli.

Alberto Bastanzio earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. Alberto completed this degree in two different periods, from 1993 to 1997 and from 1998 to 2001. Before that, they attended the Liceo Classico, where they studied the subjects offered by the classical curriculum. Alberto also acquired additional certifications, including being a teaching assistant of company law from Luiss Guido Carli - Università (Roma) in 2011, becoming an Avocat au Barreau (French Lawyer) from the Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris in 2004, and acquiring the Avvocato (Italian Lawyer) qualification in 2002.
