Andrea Garetti

Andrea Garetti has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Andrea is currently the VP HR Region Europe at Pirelli, starting in October 2021. Before that, they worked at Coesia S.p.A. from 2011 to 2021, serving as the Director of HR Business Partner for G.D & Coesia Italy from January 2019 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Coesia, including Director of HRBP for the Tobacco Division and HQ Functions, Center of Expertise HR M&A, and HR Digital from November 2017 to December 2018, Director of Organization, HR M&A, HR Digital - HR Business Partner from February 2014 to November 2017, and Senior Manager of Organization, HR M&A, HR Digital, and Change Management from September 2011 to February 2014. Before joining Coesia, Andrea worked as a Manager at SCS Azioninnova SpA - SCS Consulting from November 2003 to September 2011. Andrea started their career as a Consultant at Accenture in July 1998, where they worked until November 2003.

Andrea Garetti's education history includes a Laurea in Economics and Commerce from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed from 1992 to 1997. Andrea also attended Liceo Scientifico GBruno from 1987 to 1992.
