Davide Sala

Davide Sala has held various leadership positions in the field of Human Resources, with a career spanning over 19 years at Pirelli since June 2004, where roles have included Chief HR Officer, Head of Human Resources & Organization, and HR Director for both Europe and Asia Pacific. Prior to Pirelli, Davide Sala served as HR Plant Manager and Industrial Relations Specialist at Solvay from March 2001 to May 2004. Educated at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1995 to 2000 and subsequently at LIUC - Università Cattaneo from 2002 to 2003, Davide Sala has developed a strong foundation in HR management and organizational development.
