Luca Leggieri

Luca Leggieri has over 19 years of work experience, starting in 2003 as a Libero Professionista in training, sales, and human resources. Luca then joined Pirelli in 2011, where they held various HR roles including HR Training & Welfare and HR Industrial Relations Plant Manager. In 2017, they joined PROMETEON TYRE GROUP as a Senior HRBP and later became the Global HRBP Commercial & Regional Europe, APAC and India. In 2021, Luca Leggieri joined De Nora as the HR Manager EMEA. Currently, they are the APAC HR Director at Pirelli, a position they have held since 2022.

Luca Leggieri obtained a Laurea magistrale in Formazione degli adulti e consulenza organizzativa from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they pursued studies in Internazionalizzazione ed innovazione d'impresa at Universidade Federal Fluminense in 2010. In 2009, they studied Psicologia e Scienze Sociali at the University of Oslo. From 2007 to 2009, Luca Leggieri also attended Collegio di Milano. Luca'searlier education includes a degree in Organizzazione e risorse umane in Scienze politiche from Università degli Studi di Milano, obtained from 2003 to 2006.
