Aybars Arslan has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Translator at Saran Digital Studio in 2015. Aybars successfully completed the English-Turkish translation of the History Channel reality show "Leepu & Pitbull" for Turkish dubbing. Aybars mainly handled translation and copy editing responsibilities for 7 episodes aired on cable TV.

In 2016, Aybars joined Apple as a Technical Specialist and delivered exceptional technical support to Turkish iPhone, iPod, and iPad users as an iOS Tier 1 Phone Support Advisor. Aybars received recognition awards for their performance in this role. In 2017, Aybars became a Mac+ Technical Advisor, working with all Macintosh and Apple Wireless products. Aybars also provided mentoring sessions to new advisors and achieved outstanding metrics.

In 2018, Aybars was promoted to Senior Technical Specialist, becoming an iOS Tier 2 advisor due to their expertise, successful deliveries, and ability to meet tight schedules. Aybars established a communication line between customers and authorized service providers and provided final decisions for iOS devices and repair-related inquiries.

Currently, Aybars works at Pisano as a Customer Care Specialist, starting in 2023.

Aybars Arslan completed their high school education at Antalya Koleji from 2006 to 2011, earning a High School Diploma with a field of study in English Language and Literature. From 2011 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization at Hacettepe University. In 2015, Aybars also attended the Federal Film Akademi, where they received a Certificate in Dubbing & Voice Acting. Finally, in 2015-2016, they attended Hacettepe University again, this time completing a program in Pedagogical Formation.
