Mercedes Forbes, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources, spanning a variety of roles and industries. Mercedes has served as the Director of Human Resources at Pisces Healthcare, where they were responsible for HR at a multi-location business. At J.J. Taylor Companies, Inc., they held multiple roles, including Director of Human Resources and Safety, Director of Human Resources, and HR Manager. In these positions, they managed HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and compensation/incentive plans. Prior to that, Mercedes worked at Upper Deck as the Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Manager of Benefits and Payroll, as well as in various other HR roles.
