Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts for our product portfolio and branding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and growth. We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills and passionate for crafting compelling product stories and positioning them in the market. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products in the market.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and assets to promote our platform globally and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with relevant data that can support our GTM strategy and competitive positioning for each of our key markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive landscape, customer needs, market trends, helping identify target markets and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, engineering, and clients, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives and branding.
  • Shape and maintaining the overarching identity, values, and perception of a company or product in the eyes of our target audience.
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our platform in each of our key markets.
  • Support the sales teams with sales enablement assets that drive and accelerate sales.
  • Define and track performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing and branding, with a proven track record of success in driving product growth and adoption.
  • Experience in banking, payments or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
