Cintia Stoehr, SPHRi™, has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Cintia currently holds the position of Director of Talent Development at Piston Group since 2024. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the Co-Founder, Owner, and Chief of People & Innovation at Grumpy Lemon from 2020 to 2023. During their tenure at Grumpy Lemon, they were responsible for designing human-centered solutions and innovating products, services, and experiences.

Before joining Grumpy Lemon, Cintia worked at NSF International as the Global Talent Management Manager from 2022 to 2024. In this role, they focused on leadership development, implementing various programs and workshops to enhance leadership skills. Additionally, they implemented weekly leadership "nudges" and monthly leadership series workshops to reinforce management practices.

Prior to NSF International, Cintia held roles at Android Industries LLC, including Learning and Development Manager (Global) from 2019 to 2020, Operations Senior Human Resources Manager and Learning and Development Global Leader from 2018 to 2019, Regional Human Resources Manager from 2015 to 2018, and Plant Human Resources Manager from 2012 to 2015. At Android Industries LLC, they designed and implemented leadership development programs and identified potential successors using various methods. Cintia also played a key role in HR and EHS processes for multiple plants across different countries.

Earlier in their career, Cintia worked as an HR Coordinator at Parker Hannifin from 2011 to 2012 and as a Personnel Analyst at Lojas Renner S.A. from 2009 to 2011. Cintia was responsible for employee relations, labor liability, and litigation at Parker Hannifin, resulting in significant cost savings. At Lojas Renner S.A., they coordinated the hiring desk and reduced the average time to hire.

Cintia began their career as an Analyst in the HR department at AB InBev from 2006 to 2008 and Vonpar - Coca-Cola from 2002 to 2005.

Throughout their career, Cintia has demonstrated expertise in talent development, leadership development, HR management, and employee engagement.

Cintia Stoehr, SPHRi™, completed their education history with a Post Graduate degree in Dinâmica dos Grupos from SBDG in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration from UFPEL between 2000 and 2006. Additionally, they completed a Post-Graduate program in Direito do Trabalho from IMED CETRA. Cintia also holds certifications such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2017 and Design Thinking from Echos Desirable Futures Lab in 2015.
