Jason Kennedy

Jason Kennedy, MBA, has extensive work experience in the field of IT and leadership roles. Jason currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Piston Group, where they are responsible for leading the IT strategy, budget, and operations across multiple business units within the organization. Previously, they held the same position at Irvin Products, where they built the IT department from scratch. Prior to that, Jason worked at Takata for several years, where they held various roles including IT Director and IT Manager. Jason was in charge of global management systems, business intelligence systems, data warehouses, HR systems, and software development. Jason also played a key role in leading data consolidation and reporting initiatives related to a major automotive recall. Jason began their career at Ford Motor Company, where they worked as a Systems Developer and Technical Support, focusing on hardware support and application development.

Jason Kennedy, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Information Technology from Oakland University, from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems with Cum Laude honors from Eastern Michigan University between 1995 and 1999.
