Martin Fayette has extensive experience in the food industry, including roles at Pita Pit USA as a Business Coaching Specialist since 2017, Bad Daddy's Burger Bar as Director of Operations from 2014 to 2016, Fox & Hound Restaurant Group as Regional Vice President of Operations from 2003 to 2013, Hooters of America as Divisional Vice President of Operations from 1992 to 2002, and Marriott International as Beverage Director from 1988 to 1992.

Martin Fayette attended Paul Smith's College from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. Following this, they enrolled at Rochester Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
