Michelle Mendez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer insights and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at PitchBook Data since October 2019, Michelle has developed a successful voice of customer program to enhance customer satisfaction and influence business conversions. As the Owner and Graphic Designer at Mbash Designs since 2004, dedicated work focuses on providing branding and consulting services. Previous roles include Customer Marketing Manager at PayScale, Inc., where marketing efforts supported over 8,000 customers, and various marketing specialist positions at notable organizations including Society of Petroleum Engineers and St. Jude Medical. Michelle holds an Associates of Applied Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Dallas and has completed a leadership program at Leadership Garland.
