Richard Briere

Richard Briere is the current CFO and Company Secretary at Pittards UK. Richard has held this position since March 2019. Prior to that, they were the Group Finance Director at Pattersons Limited from September 2017 to February 2019. Before that, they were the Finance Director at Knorr-Bremse (UK) from July 2013 to April 2017.

Briere has a long history of working in finance, dating back to their first job as Financial Accounting Controller at Imperial Tobacco from May 1997 to June 1999. Richard then became the Finance Director at Holt JCB Limited from July 1999 to December 2008. After that, they were the Finance Director at Gurney Slade Lime and Stone Co Ltd from January 2009 to December 2010. Lastly, they were the Finance Director at A-Gas from December 2010 to June 2013 before taking their current position at Pittards UK.

Throughout their career, Briere has been committed to continuous improvement. Richard is also passionate about helping those they work with be the best they can be. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the financial strategy of Pittards UK and overseeing all financial aspects of the company.

Richard Briere's educational career began at Bristol, where they studied finance and management. Richard then went on to study finance and financial management services at UWE Bristol International College. Finally, they obtained their certification from CIMA in CGMA.
