H A. has a diverse work experience history in the dental laboratory industry. H started their career in 1994 at Technics dental as the Head of CAD CAM department, where they worked until 2009. After that, they joined Digitech Dental Laboratory as a Production Manager, where they implemented production-based salary and launched a professional development program for all staff. In 2013, H A. moved to Burbank Dental Laboratory, Inc. as a Manager, where they successfully identified and resolved production bottlenecks and achieved a 12% increase in productivity through staff development. In 2015, they joined Viax Dental Technology as their Director of Operations, a role they held until 2017. Currently, H A. is the Director of Operations at Pittman Dental Laboratory.

H A. attended Placido e Silva college from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
