After that, they joined Digitech Dental Laboratory as a Production Manager, where they implemented production-based salary and launched a professional development program for all staff. In 2013, H A. moved to Burbank Dental Laboratory, Inc. as a Manager, where they successfully identified and resolved production bottlenecks and achieved a 12% increase in productivity through staff development. In 2015, they joined Viax Dental Technology as their Director of Operations, a role they held until 2017. Currently, H A. is the Director of Operations at Pittman Dental Laboratory.
