Cole Marcoux

Director, Football Administration at Pittsburgh Steelers

Cole Marcoux is the Director of Football Administration for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Cole previously worked for the National Football League as a Senior Manager of Labor Operations and also interned for The Madison Square Garden Company. Cole has a passion for football and has worked diligently to support NFL Club executives in matters pertaining to Player Contracts, the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Salary Cap compliance and Player transactions. Cole has also served as an NFL Game Monitor in the Art McNally Game Day Central for the NFL Officiating department and work as an on-site NFL Game Operations Representative for NFL Football Operations Department. Cole's experience and knowledge make him a valuable asset to the Pittsburgh Steelers organization.

Cole Marcoux's educational career began with him attending Fieldston High School. After graduating high school, they attended Dartmouth College where they studied economics and sociology and received their Bachelor's Degree.

They are on a team with Andy Weidl - Assistant General Manager, Dan Colbert - Director, College Scouting, and Mark Sadowski - Director, Player Scouting. Cole Marcoux reports to Omar Khan, General Manager. Some direct reports include Will Britt - Football Analyst, Tosin Kazeem - Football Analyst, and Maureen Mannion - Administrative Assistant.
