Andrew Seay

Andrew Seay has a diverse work experience in the arts and nonprofit sector. Andrew is currently the Director of Individual Support at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, where they manage donor relationships and oversees mass fundraising efforts. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Gift Officer at the same organization, where they successfully secured annual gifts and expanded their responsibilities to include managing the mass fundraising team.

Before joining the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Andrew served as the Managing Director of Little Lake Theatre Company, a community theatre where they were responsible for the organization's business operations and made significant improvements in fundraising revenue, audience attendance, and facilities upgrades.

Andrew also has a extensive history with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, holding various roles such as Individual Support Manager, Individual Support Coordinator, Patron Services Representative, and Assistant Orchestra Personnel Manager.

Additionally, Andrew was the founding Managing Director of Three Rivers Ringers, where they managed all business aspects of the ensemble and served as Associate Conductor. Andrew achieved notable accomplishments, including securing nonprofit status, establishing concert series, acquiring instruments, and negotiating performance agreements with numerous venues.

Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated their expertise in fundraising, strategic planning, and leadership within the arts and nonprofit sector.

Andrew Seay received their BFA in Vocal Performance from Carnegie Mellon University in 2006. Andrew later pursued a Masters of Arts Management in Theatre/Theatre Arts Management from the same university, which they completed in 2008.
