Erick Augusto de Barros has worked in a variety of roles in the Facilities and Compras fields since 2011. Erick Augusto de began their career as an Orçamentista at Engemec - Engenharia de Métodos Construtivos in 2011, where they were responsible for project analysis for budgeting, quantity surveying, material and labor pricing, budget spreadsheet assembly, and proposal development. Erick Augusto de also managed the accounts payable and receivable, bank slips, and electronic invoice emission. Erick Augusto de was also responsible for the cleaning service of apartments, controlling the calendar and quality. In 2017, they joined Leccor Multisserviços as a Supervisor de Facilities, where they supervised the facilities services at Hamburg Sud and managed a team of more than 20 employees between administrative, cleaning, maintenance and reception. In 2018, they joined Caedu as a Supervisor de Facilities, where they were responsible for cleaning services in 67 stores of the network, as well as contracts for office supplies, cleaning and disposable materials. At the head office, they coordinated the cleaning, reception, security, valet and gardening services. Erick Augusto de was also responsible for the rental contracts and payments of rents, water and energy of all the properties. In 2020, they joined Pitzi as a Coordenador de Facilities e Compras.

Erick Augusto de Barros has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Faculdade Senai Anchieta, where they studied Gestão de Facilities from 2018 to 2019. Erick Augusto de also has a Bacharel from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas, where they studied Comércio Exterior from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they completed their Ensino Médio at E.E. Prof. Francisco D'Amico in 2008. Erick Augusto de also has a certification in Administração de Condominio from Escola Paulista de Direito, which they obtained in August 2013.
