Devang Shah

Devang Shah serves as General Counsel at Pivot Bio since March 2023. Shah is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels. Previously, Shah held the position of General Counsel at Wish from February 2018 to March 2023 and at Zynga from August 2010 to April 2017, where responsibilities included advising the CEO and executive leadership on legal matters. Earlier experience includes senior legal roles at UTStarcom, Longs Drugs, Chiron Corporation, and Skadden Arps, focusing on corporate governance, strategic transactions, and regulatory compliance. Devang Shah holds a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, an MS in Engineering from Stanford University, and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.
