Lana Williams

Lana Williams is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in people operations, systems, and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at Pivot Bio, Lana leads a team to manage payroll, benefits, compensation, HRIS, and project management, significantly contributing to the operational success of the People organization. Previous roles include Manager of HR Technology and Analytics at HireRight, where Lana developed HR systems strategies, and various analytical positions across multiple companies, including Amazon and LG Electronics. With a BSBA in Human Resources from Auburn University, Lana also advises the Women in Leadership Program at Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
