Alana Wimer

Alana Wimer is a Senior Designer at Pivot Design since April 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles as a Designer at VSA Partners and Bruce Mau Design. Alana's design career began as a Graphic Design Intern at the Chicago Sun-Times, followed by a Contract Graphic Designer position at Connecticut College and an internship at The Look Magazine. Additionally, Alana served as Creative/Layout Director at North Shore Country Day School and held various roles in art education and gallery assistance. Alana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization and Studio Art with a concentration in Design from Connecticut College and has pursued studies at Parsons Paris and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
