Jim Rasmussen

Jim Rasmussen is an experienced engineering professional specializing in hardware verification and RF technologies. Currently serving as a Hardware Verification Engineer at Pivotal Commware since August 2018, Jim has also worked with EMS Productions as an Engineer since 2015. Prior roles include RF Test Engineer at AOptix Technologies from October 2011 to December 2014, and Engineering Assistant at LitePoint briefly in 2011, where responsibilities included the design and fabrication of test fixtures. Jim was integral to the design team at GigaBeam from 2004 to May 2011, focusing on E Band radio technology, and oversaw FCC and ETSI testing and certification. Additional experience includes System Test Manager at Vectrad Networks, Technical Associate at Stratex Networks, and roles at Innova/Stratex Networks, Racon, and the US Navy, where Jim served as a Fire Control Technician.
