Ron Warrington

Ron Warrington is the current Chief Financial Officer at Pivotal Systems. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Atlantic Coastal Acquisition from December 2020 to April 2022. Ron has also served as the Chairman of the Board at DigitalPersona from December 2009 to May 2014. Additionally, they were a Sr. Partner at Energy & Environmental Economics from January 1998 to December 2007 and a Consultant at CSC Index from January 1993 to December 1995. Most recently, they were the President & COO at SoftTech Crossover Ventures Corp. from July 2018 to May 2019. Warrington is also a Managing Partner at Sandy Hill Ventures LLC.

Ron Warrington has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an A.B. in Economics from University of California, Berkeley. Ron also did the Credit Development Program at Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.
