Magdalena Pazdro-Wąsowicz

Magdalena Pazdro-Wąsowicz has been working in the industry since 2017. Magdalena began their career as a Junior IT Human Resources Recruiter at PGS Software S.A., where they learned IT glossary and technical specifications of IT positions, as well as searched for new candidates with boolean search on LinkedIn and managed recruitment projects on LinkedIn Recruiter. In 2018, they began freelancing as a Human Resources Recruiter, cooperating with various companies such as FILLTR, Talent Place, ITSG, and Confilogy. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Assistant in the Payments Industry at a Family Company. Currently, they are an IT Recruiter at Piwik PRO, as well as the owner of MxM Make Up Room.

Magdalena Pazdro-Wąsowicz completed a Master of Arts in Caring and Educational Pedagogy from Uniwersytet Rzeszowski in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Technician degree in Occupational Safety and Hygene from Centrum Nauki i Biznesu "żak" in 2017. Magdalena also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Work Pedagogy from Uniwersytet Rzeszowski in 2017.
