The Role

Digital Media Planners are key members of the Pixability Customer Success team. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Insights and Marketing teams. You will develop a strong understanding of Pixability's value prop, targeting capabilities, insights tools and data mining products portfolio. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of Pixability pre-sales strategy as well as garnering insights from data to tell a unique story for responding to RFPs to convey what ad formats, targeting, added value and why Pixability is best suited to solve our clients needs. This role will own the RFP process and ensure the process is being followed. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with the sales team to respond to all RFPs by creating effective and innovative media plans/proposals that meet client objectives
  • Curate audience personas with detailed targeting best suited to reach our client’s audience goals
  • Coordinate internally with the sales, client success and marketing teams to find the best solution for our clients
  • Own RFP brainstorm calls - scheduling, leading, note taking and clear followups and next steps
  • Manage the cataloging of all proposals for easy access 
  • Keep up to date with YouTube and Google platform capabilities  
  • Input and track all current proposals/opportunities in the Strategy team’s tracker
  • Strategize and provide data points to align with client goals and KPI’s
  • Work on special projects of strategic importance under management direction
  • Work closely and collaboratively with a tight knit team
  • Leverage Pixability’s 10+ years of historical data to follow best practices and provide data driven recommendations




What You Bring to the Party

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-2+ years’ experience at an agency or publisher preferred
  • 1-2+ years experience with YouTube or Google Ads preferred
  • Analytical, project management, deadline-driven, and process-oriented 
  • Working knowledge of the advertising, buying, and/or planning industry
  • Experience with Looker a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Excel 
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze data and tell a story
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Effective, clear and proactive written and verbal communications skills
  • Eager, excited and hungry to learn
