As a Director of Customer Success at Pixalate, Alec supports many of the company’s strategic and enterprise clients, focusing on performance, preventative care, and ecosystem analysis. Well-versed in the solution suite, he is accountable for identifying any gaps that Pixalate tools, support, or education can aid in filling. As the liaison for the client, Alec collaborates with Pixalate's internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Just under a decade in the industry, Alec has held many positions within the advertising industry, the majority of that time spent in adTech. Spanning across the ecosystem, he has worked for such organizations as Universal McCann, R2i, YuMe, and RhythmOne prior to Pixalate, supplying a variety of client perspectives.

Alec holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California.
