Karolina Cynkowska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Karolina began their career as a Business and Marketing Support Executive at the National Park Research Centre from May 2014 to July 2015. Karolina then worked as an Office Administrator at Masterstaff Limited from July 2012 to September 2016. Following that, they joined Intec (UK) Ltd as an Operations Administrator from October 2016 to July 2018.

In 2019, Karolina joined V.Group and held two different roles. Firstly, they worked as a Recruitment Administrator from August 2019 to May 2020. In this position, they trained office colleagues and managed the exit interview process. Karolina also advertised vacancies on social media and company websites. Later, they served as a Virtual Assistant and Executive Assistant to the Managing Directors, providing administrative support, managing work calendars, arranging travel, and assisting with presentations.

From November 2020 to April 2022, Karolina worked at AgriGo Group as an Office Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing office operations. Currently, they are working at PixBlocks as an Office Manager, starting in April 2022.

Karolina Cynkowska attended Gdynia Maritime University from 2006 to 2010. During their time there, they focused on Navigation - Operations of ports and fleet. Karolina also completed the General Management of Supplementary School - Management Training program at Polska Macierz Szkolna in Manchester in October 2017.
