Kristal Drew has extensive experience in the field of human resources, specifically in leadership roles. Kristal started their career at Ameristar Casinos, where they served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for almost a decade. Kristal then joined Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as the Director of Human Resources, where they stayed for over 9 years. After that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas for 3 years. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, People & Culture | Digital at Pixel United, and will soon be transitioning into the role of Vice President, People & Culture.

Kristal Drew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Additionally, they have obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the same university.
